Meet Lilian, originally hailing from Lebanon. Lilian joined Catalyst on 15th March 2023, delving into the world of student finance. In her role, she constructs and implements efficient and compassionate student financing processes and policies. Before Catalyst, Lilian's journey included working in both the sports and industrial sectors, guided by her Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on accounting and a Master's in Financial Engineering.
She chose Catalyst to merge her passion for the arts with her academic background. Lilian thrives when problem solving and improving procedures, and her favourite aspect of working at Catalyst is ensuring smooth operations, so our students can focus on studies instead. Outside Catalyst, you'll find her painting, listening to her favourite artist, Fairouz, or with her head in a book.
Life's upcoming adventures excite Lilian the most, and her guiding principle is to be content with what she has now. Nadine Labaki's dramatic film Capernaum stands as her favorite piece of film, while holding onto her values brings the utmost satisfaction to her life.
